Knowledge on plastic part Design & tooling for checking tooling feasibility with tool direction definition, parting line & Slider/ Lifter construction. Should have exposure on Interface checks, DMU, Manufacturing and Service requirements. Knowledge on plastics parts Gap-Flush, BSR requirements. Awareness of CAE, Vehicle DVP & Validation requirements CATIA parametric Modeling and engineering data management systems..
