Position: Associate – Credit and InvestingLocation: Mumbai/BengaluruExperience: 6-8 PQE
We are seeking a talented and passionate Credit and Investment Associate to join VentureSoul Partners in our next stage of growth. The ideal candidate will have a previous background in credit underwriting and investing and has relevant experience in the private credit/venture debt ecosystem.
Key Skills;Credit Analysis, Financial Modelling, Credit Monitoring, Structured Finance,Private Credit and Client Interaction.• Credit analysis and underwriting for new economy space• Analyzing the business model, identifying strengths, weakness, risks, understanding the revenue models and the corporate structure. Financial Modelling• Analyzing financial statement, performance and trend analysis for assessing the credit worthiness of tech led corporates• Managing a portfolio of clients from a credit standpoint and regular monitoring• Working extensively on identifying clients and doing research work for origination• Adhering to standard operating procedure & policies including documentation.• Maintaining strong relationship with the client and generating leads through VC partners and intermediaries in the ecosystem
Our Requirements;Post-graduate qualification of CA/MBA preferred,Minimum 6+ years' experience and at least 2 years in credit underwriting in venture /private credit space, and proven ability of working collaboratively in a team, and having effective communication skills.
