We have partnered with the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Delhi, to develop and implement their data analytics & MIS development lab, called VSK. We are looking for talented and experienced Data Analysts to join our team and contribute to this important project.
Job Description:
Bharattech AI Pvt Ltd is seeking 4-5 Data Analysts to join our team for an exciting project with NCTE, Delhi. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing complex data sets, creating insightful reports, and developing quantitative models to support decision-making processes.
Academic Qualifications:
Masters in Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Data Science or Data Analytics
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency with statistical packages such as Excel, SPSS, STATA, SAS, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in resolving queries, report writing, and presenting findings methodically.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop programs to integrate and load data from user departments into the analytics platform.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop and implement quantitative models, such as regression models, time series analysis, or mathematical models, to make predictions or solve specific problems.
- Interpret the results of analyses and models, translating complex statistical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the impact of changes or interventions.
- Ensure data compliance with relevant regulations, maintain data security, and adhere to best practices for data management.
- Manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources and data security.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency with statistical and data analysis software.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools and techniques.
