Job Title: Production Intern Location: Pune Type: Internship (Full-time or Part-time) About the Role: We are looking for a creative and energetic intern who wants to learn the process of filmmaking, ad production, and live show direction. You’ll work closely with our creative and production team, helping with pre-production planning, shoots, and post-production coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants real, hands-on experience in the film and advertising world. What You Will Do: • Assist the director and production team during shoots • Help in planning shoots, scheduling, and managing on-set tasks • Support with location recce, props, costumes, and logistics • Coordinate with crew, artists, and vendors • Take notes during meetings and shoot briefings • Help organize footage, call sheets, and other production documents • Learn how to handle real sets, lights, and camera work • Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions What We’re Looking For: • Passion for films, ads, and storytelling • Basic understanding of how shoots and production work • Good communication and teamwork skills • Can manage tasks and stay organized • Eager to learn, adapt, and take initiative • Available to travel for shoots when needed Good to Have: • Knowledge of basic camera or editing tools (like Premiere Pro, DSLR handling, etc.) • Experience working on college or personal short films Why Join Us: You’ll work directly with experienced directors and producers on real projects, not just sit behind a desk.
