Role: Senior Distribution Executive (Corporate CSR), Bangalore Experience: 4-6 yearsSalary: Up to 11 LPA _______________________________________________ About the role: We are looking for a Senior Distribution Executive responsible for planning and executing the dissemination targets of the organization's offerings across India. And experience in Corporate CSR, Fund-raising, or Partnerships as a requirement, and includes duties in Marketing & Distribution . This role requires setting ambitious targets and leading the strategy for outreach to key partners in the region. Key Responsibilities: Distribution & Partnerships: Target Management: Maintain and increase the dissemination targets for the organization's products. Strategic Planning: Finalize the regional distribution plan and strategy to be adopted. Outreach: Set targets for and conduct monthly/quarterly visits to institutions, government bodies, schools, and corporates to achieve goals. Collaboration: Build and sustain partnerships with institutions, corporates, NGOs, and schools. Focus on enhancing external collaboration and partners from new geographies. Marketing & Operations: Feedback & Research: Collect customer feedback and conduct market research. Product Enhancement: Make recommendations on product enhancements for improved customer satisfaction. Marketing Support: Work with the Marketing & Communications team to design or contribute to branding and marketing programs. Awareness Events: Conduct events to create awareness, such as storytelling sessions, StoryWeaver workshops, and organizing book fairs. Reporting: Prepare distribution reports on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Operational Tasks: Handle infrastructural/operational tasks such as quotations and follow-ups for payments. Required Skills and Expertise: Experience: A total experience of 4-6 years in Corporate CSR, Fund-raising, or Partnerships, preferably in an NGO or social enterprise . Education: Bachelor's degree (a degree in social work or a related field would be preferred). Core Skills: Strong customer sensitivity, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. Professional Traits: Track record of meeting deadlines consistently , strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with attention to detail. Attitude: Passion for the organization's mission and a commitment to its core values. Technical: Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT).
