Position: ServiceNow Lead PPM DeveloperLocation: Bengaluru (Remote)Experience: 5–7 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled ServiceNow PPM Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within the ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building customized applications, reports, and integrations while ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain customizations, reports, dashboards, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow PPM module .Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.Develop and optimize end-to-end PPM solutions , ensuring high performance, usability, and maintainability.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior ServiceNow developers and team members.Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards and best practices.Work closely with the ServiceNow admin and other module teams (ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, etc.) for seamless integrations.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing ServiceNow PPM implementations.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development (minimum 3 years in PPM module ).Proven experience with JavaScript , Glide API , Flow Designer , and UI Policies .Strong understanding of Project, Demand, Resource, and Portfolio Management within ServiceNow.Expertise in custom app development, integrations, and workflow automation .Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.CIS – PPM (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification is mandatory .Nice to HaveExperience with ServiceNow ITBM , Agile , or Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for external system integrations.ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
