Sr US Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Job Type:

Full-time and will have to work from office Monday through Friday. No remote or Hybrid work.The office is located off Kanakapura road.

Work timings and weekly off:

US Eastern standard time onlySaturday and Sunday weekly off

Required Skills:

Must have 3 to 6 years of experience in US IT/Healthcare/Banking and other Non-IT US recruitment as well.Must have experience in working on an Applicant tracking System (ATS).Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).Expertise in hiring through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Bulk emailing, and other job portalsCreating templates for job posting in multiple platforms.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist:

Source, screen and headhunt talents through various job portals, social media, and employee referrals.Reviewing resumes and screening candidatesScheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managersNegotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidatesIdentifying candidates with right skills to match the client requirement.You will execute the recruitment strategy and drive a proactive pipeline of talents .Place job requirement on internet/portals to increase available candidate pool.Manage end to end recruitment process from sourcing to joining, ensuring a high-quality process along the way.Maintain the daily, weekly, and monthly report to analyse your own performance.Meeting daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics is mandatory.Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
