You will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting the best talent for our clients. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions. Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals. Conduct preliminary screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Provide feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and organized records in the applicant tracking system. Build a talent pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs. Stay informed on industry hiring trends and innovative recruitment strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
