Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Support weekend client coordination and calls, as per requirements. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Professional, organized, and customer-focused approach. Comfortable working weekends with compensatory weekday off.
