The ideal candidate should have minimum 7 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience , including at least 2 complete LMS implementation projects . You will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver SuccessFactors LMS solutions that meet organizational learning and compliance needs.Experience:Minimum 7 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience .At least 2 end-to-end LMS implementationsKey Skills:Strong SuccessFactors LMS implementation experience (minimum 2 end-to-end projects).Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central, Reporting, and Admin tools .Hands-on experience in integration, configuration, and system administration within SuccessFactors LMS.Experience with content management, certifications, learning paths, and compliance training .Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills .Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors LMS implementations , including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Collaborate with HR, L&D, and IT teams to understand learning and compliance requirements.Configure and maintain SuccessFactors LMS modules , including learning administration, curriculum management, certifications, compliance tracking, and reporting.Perform system integrations with other SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting) or third-party LMS/content providers.Design and create dashboards, analytics, and reports to provide actionable insights for learning programs.Conduct UAT, training, and knowledge
