As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the enrollment of brokers and agents, ensuring they become active participants in our platform.---ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential brokers/agents through online/offline channels, networking events, and referrals.Onboarding & Training: Convince brokers/agents to join AcreFeet, explain the benefits, and ensure they understand platform functionalities.Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with brokers/agents to ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction.Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to meet enrollment targets, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis.Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from brokers/agents to enhance platform features and improve their experience.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to create tailored campaigns and resources for brokers/agents.Reporting: Provide regular reports on enrollment metrics, challenges, and market insights to senior management.Qualifications----Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in real estate, SaaS, or a related field.Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of the real estate industry, especially broker/agent workflows.Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.---Key SkillsSales and NegotiationReal Estate KnowledgeRelationship BuildingProblem-SolvingMarket AnalysisTeam Collaboration---BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Be a part of a fast-growing, innovative real estate tech platform.---If you are passionate about sales and have a knack for building relationships in the real estate sector, we’d love to hear from youQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business3+ years' of sales experience
