Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Recruiter with a strong focus on building a robust client portfolio and implementing strategies to attract new clients within the US Biotech and Pharmaceutical industry. T his role is critical in driving our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while also managing full-cycle recruiting to meet client needs.


Experience Required:


  • 5-10 years of Sales Recruiter experience, specifically in the US Biotech and Pharmaceutical market.
  • Extensive network of industry clients and candidates.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Portfolio Development: Aggressively build and expand a client portfolio by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Client Acquisition: Implement innovative strategies to attract and secure new clients , ensuring a continuous pipeline of business.
  • Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers.
  • Sales Skills: Effectively pitch our recruitment services to prospective clients , driving new business and closing deals.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage all aspects of the recruiting process, from sourcing to placement, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and client needs.
  • Communication: Maintain clear, ongoing communication with both clients and candidates to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
  • Talent Pipeline: Continuously build and nurture a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance BioBoston Consulting's brand presence through targeted social media campaigns and industry events.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to refine and improve strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM, lead generation tools, MS Office, ATS, and recruitment software.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to evolving business needs.
