Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Senior Inside Sales Specialist to bring in new customers and drive revenue growth. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients, as well as managing the sales pipeline to meet company sales goals. The Senior Inside Sales Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and coordinate strategies, all while being accountable for achieving individual and team sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Aggressively reach out to potential customers through cold and warm sales calls to generate new business.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term customer loyalty.- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s revenue goals.- Convert prospects to clients by identifying their needs and presenting tailored solutions.- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation and promotional campaigns.- Track and report sales metrics, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.- Utilize AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to craft compelling sales pitches, emails, and customer communications.- Develop and present solutions, demos, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to prospects.- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.- Manage relationships with strategic partners, pitching, and negotiating deals as needed.

Qualifications

- Experience in an IT company is required.- Relevant experience in B2B industry is a must.- Proven experience in sales or business development with a track record of converting prospects to clients.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and Excel for data tracking and reporting.- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
