Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Professor in the Marketing Department to engage in teaching, training, mentoring, and research activities. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Teaching:
  • Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars in various marketing subjects.
  • Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments.
  • Utilize innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
  1. Training and Mentoring:
  • Provide academic and career guidance to students.
  • Support students in their projects, internships, and placements.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions on relevant marketing skills and trends.
  1. Research:
  • Conduct original research in the field of marketing, aiming for publication in reputable journals.
  • Collaborate with faculty and industry professionals on research projects.
  • Present research findings at conferences and seminars.
  1. Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Engage in community outreach and industry partnerships.
  • Assist in accreditation processes and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Marketing or a related field (preferred); a Master’s degree with relevant experience may be considered.
  • Strong understanding of current marketing trends and practices.
  • Proven record of teaching excellence and student engagement.
  • Experience in research and publication in reputable journals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
