We are a manufacturing and exporting Company of repute having turnover of Rs. 100 Crs. + situated in Khandwa Road, Indore looking for an Accounts Executive who will oversee the accounting and compliances of the Company, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to financial planning and analysis

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting & MIS : Responsible for day to day accounting book keeping along with banking and reconciliations. Preparation and submission of timely and reliable various financial MIS.
  • Monthly / Annual Filing of Returns : Drive the team for giving accurate inputs and submission of required filing of various statutory returns and compliances, viz. TDS, GST, IT etc. Timely finalization of the Balance Sheet and P&L of the Organization at the end of the financial year for finalization by the Management and a sign off.
  • Monthly Profit and Loss Reporting: Prepare the monthly P&L statements of the Company, reporting them to the HOD with analysis and relevant inputs for submission to the Management.
  • Asset Management and physical stock reconciliation: Drive the team for a physical stock reconciliation of assets and consumables and maintaining updated records for the same.
  • Statutory Compliances and Filing Returns: Ensuring the adherence to the statutory laws and compliances like GST, TDS, etc. as per the regulatory norms and filing returns within deadlines month on month.
  • Managing Payments and recoveries: Authorizing vendor payments in coordination with the CEO basis the business exigencies on a day to day basis. Tracking and driving recoveries by tracking cash flows on a day to day basis and coordination with the Business Development team.
  • Oversee and Manage Documentations:  Adherence to the SOP's for driving the basic hygiene, accuracy and timely upkeep of records and ensuring availability of all documents and records in an organized manner as per statutory norms and requirements.
  • Audit and Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance. Address any audit findings and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 


Qualifications:

  • CA Inter with 3-4 years of experience in manufacturing set up
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
