We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Support Engineer Intern to join our growing team in Bengaluru. As the first point of contact for our users, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with our Cloud EK product. This is an excellent opportunity to dive deep into the world of cybersecurity, develop your technical skills, and contribute to a vital aspect of our customer success. Act as the first point of contact (Level 1 support) for user inquiries related to Cloud EK's comprehensive product via various channels (e.g., email, chat, phone). Accurately document all user interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support ticketing system. Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams with detailed information and troubleshooting steps taken. Demonstrate a strong passion for cybersecurity and a proactive approach to learning about Cloud EK's product and the broader threat landscape. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends. Explore and apply AI prompt engineering techniques to enhance support processes and knowledge resources.(Demonstrate a strong aptitude towards cybersecurity and a keen interest in expanding your knowledge in this domain.(Bachelor's degree in Technology (B. Tech) or any other graduation. Preference will be given to candidates with a background or strong aptitude towards Cyber Security . This is a full-time internship.
