About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior/ Lead Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a senior capacity, to design and deliver production-level applications that are scalable, modular, and performance-optimized. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate technical excellence, and take full ownership of the end-to-end product development lifecycle.

Technically, you will be well-versed in TypeScript and JavaScript-based ecosystems, leveraging modern tools and frameworks to deliver robust and efficient solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, feature-rich applications that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using React.js, Next.js, Nest.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.- Design and optimize microservices architecture to ensure scalability, modularity, and performance.- Build and manage robust data pipelines and databases, including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis.- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs into production systems.- Implement caching mechanisms and optimize performance using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features aligned with product goals.- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production systems to ensure reliability and uptime.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance development practices.

Must-Have Experience:

- 4 or 5+ years in full-stack development, with at least 1 year in a senior role.- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS for responsive UI development.- Backend: Advanced knowledge of Node.js and Nest.js (preferred) for scalable microservices.- Languages: Expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript.- Databases: Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis.- DevOps: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.- API Design: Proven experience with RESTful API implementations.- Strong understanding of system design patterns, scalability, and modular architectures.- Proficiency in Git and collaborative version control workflows.- Leadership: Demonstrated experience mentoring and leading development teams to achieve technical excellence.- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
