The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating dashboards, datasets, dataflows, recipes, and implementing actionable insights that drive business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and developCRM Analytics dashboards ,lenses , anddatasetsto deliver key business insights.Build and maintaindataflows ,recipes , andbindingswithin CRM Analytics.IntegrateSalesforce datawithexternal sources(via Data Manager, connectors, or APIs).Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analytics requirements and translate them into functional designs.Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and effective data governance within CRMA.Work with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Architects to align analytics with broader CRM strategy.Implementsecurity predicates ,row-level security , andsharing inheritancein datasets.Develop documentation, training, and best practices for CRMA usage.Support enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain dashboards as per business needs.
