Dedicated to delivering an unparalleled culinary journey, we provide a unique and intimate dining experience.Lead Bartender – Full-Time (On-Site) | MumbaiWe are looking for a Lead Bartender to join our team immediately. Until we receive our liquor license, you will be responsible for developing a creative zero-proof beverage menu while maintaining the highest standards of service.Role & Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.- Develop and execute an innovative zero-proof menu until the liquor license is obtained.- Oversee bar staff, maintain inventory levels, and ensure quality standards.- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.- Lead by example, providing excellent customer service and team support.Qualifications- Strong customer service and communication skills.- Experience in Food & Beverage and Bartending.- Knowledge of beer and wine, along with mixology and zero-proof beverage creation.- Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.- Certification in bartending or a relevant field is a plus.Schedule: Full-time | Monday Day Off | Saturday & Sunday Break ShiftLocation: Mumbai- Immediate Joining Required
