Qualifications and Skills Minimum 4 years of experience in an ICU setting, ensuring advanced patient care and response. Must possess excellent critical care skills (Mandatory skill), ensuring high-quality care for critically ill patients. In-depth knowledge and experience as an intensivist, managing and monitoring patients requiring intensive treatment. Proficiency in emergency procedures and protocols to handle urgent and high-risk situations effectively. Experience with centralized line placement and other crucial invasive procedures. Skilled in intubation and airway management, maintaining patient stability in critical situations. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive patient care. Roles and Responsibilities Manage and provide comprehensive care for patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Perform and supervise critical procedures such as central line insertion and intubation. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. Respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring appropriate interventions and treatments.
