About the Role : We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst to join our growing team at Lacento Technology Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services (Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Alternative Investments) and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Responsibilities : Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for the development team. Support the design and implementation of technology solutions aligned with business goals. Facilitate meetings, conduct gap analysis, and develop process workflows. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and product to ensure timely delivery. Assist in testing, validation, and user training as needed. Qualifications : 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial or investment domains. Required Skills : Strong domain knowledge in Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Alternative Investments . Experience working with REST APIs, My SQL/Postgre SQL . Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Skills : Experience with Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Alternative Investments.
