Join our dynamic team at Lexar Middle East, Africa & India Region as we seek a talented Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for the prestigious Lexar brand in INDIA.

As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving revenue growth targets, driving sales performance, expanding market share, and exploring new market opportunities. Reporting directly to the regional General Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our sales operations.

Based in INDIA

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targetsDevelop and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and enhance our market presenceEstablish channel partnerships and enhance brand visibility at the consumer levelLead recruitment, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representativesCultivate strong, lasting customer relationships to understand and address their needs effectivelyPresent sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with insightful forecasts to the management teamIdentify emerging markets, market trends, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve

Requirements and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related fieldProven track record as a successful sales representative or manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets within the consumable electronics industryCommitment to ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and industry conferencesExceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levelsDemonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to closureStrong business acumen and industry knowledgeExcellent mentoring, coaching, and people management abilities
