Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager at Angel Edunext Pvt Ltd. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote the company's services, managing brand communication and identity, coordinating advertising campaigns, and analyzing market trends to maximize brand awareness and sales.


Online Marketing Duties
  • Digital Strategy Development:
  • Create and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to promote student visas, IELTS coaching, and immigration services.
  • Identify target audiences and develop campaigns to reach them effectively.
  • Content Marketing:
  • Develop engaging content for the company’s website, blog, and social media channels. This includes writing articles, creating videos, and designing infographics related to studying abroad, visa processes, and exam preparation.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, , and Twitter.
  • Create and schedule posts , monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and keep potential and existing clients informed about new services, updates, and promotions.
  • Segment email lists to target specific audiences with personalized messages.
  • Paid Advertising:
  • Develop and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Website Management:
  • Oversee the website’s performance and make necessary updates to ensure it is user-friendly and informative.
  • Monitor analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
  • Lead Generation and CRM:
  • Implement strategies for lead generation through online channels.
  • Manage and optimize the CRM system to track leads, conversions, and customer interactions.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Use tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze online marketing performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
Offline Marketing Duties
  • Event Planning and Management:
  • Organize and manage events such as education fairs, seminars, and workshops related to studying abroad and exam preparation.
  • Coordinate with speakers, vendors, and participants to ensure successful event execution.
  • Print Marketing:
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
  • Coordinate distribution of print materials to educational institutions, libraries, and other relevant locations.
  • Public Relations:
  • Manage media relations and work with journalists to secure coverage in newspapers, magazines, and local news.
  • Prepare press releases and handle inquiries from media outlets.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Engage with local communities to build brand awareness and credibility.
  • Participate in community events and sponsor local initiatives that align with the company’s goals.


General Responsibilities
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Use insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  • Track expenditures and measure the financial impact of marketing activities.
  • Team Coordination:
  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales and customer service to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor marketing staff to ensure they contribute effectively to the team’s goals.
  • Strategy Evaluation:
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback.
