Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in recruiting candidates for blue-collar positions in our retail outlets. You will play a key role in driving our diversity initiatives and ensuring we attract and retain talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract candidates for blue-collar positions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications.
Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in blue-collar recruitment.

Key Requirements & Skills:
