As we expand our footprint in India, we are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of creating cutting-edge digital experiences.Job Briefing:We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Product Designer with a strong foundation in core designing aspects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tools like Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, etc. You will be working on various projects, including those related to E-Commerce and online retail, and collaborating with international teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead the ideation and design of digital and user experience activities for assigned projects, with a particular focus on Customer Experience within defined product/solution activities, and established best practices within UX designCreate information architectures, taxonomies, user journeys and workflows, and wireframe prototypesSupport the interactions of diverse company stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate business needs into design solutionsDifferentiate UI/UX standards, policies, procedures (including languages, tools), and success metrics to support design/UX practices within assigned product/solution areasActively contribute to opportunities to demonstrate the consistency of digital experiences within assigned product/solution activitiesJob Qualifications: Are a mid-career to senior designer, well experienced in designing a multitude of products in various environments;

e-commerce experience preferredHave a BA, HFI, or a comparable degree, with a product design focus is preferred;

Equivalent work experience may be consideredHave 4+ years of professional work experience focusing on cloud-based digital products preferred;

E-commerce or Live Selling experience is a bonusHave a portfolio demonstrating UX best practices and knowledge of current industry standards;

RequiredHave had exposure to omnichannel delivery methods and strategies including mobile and native app design, desktop adaptive, and responsive interfacesHave experience working within multidisciplinary UX teams and product management teams;

Knowledge of lean agileUX processes and methodologies is beneficialHave experience with and exposure to various user experience tools, methodologies and processes, including but not limited to interaction design, experience design, UX strategy, and tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe, and InVisionHave the ability to execute multiple projects with a proactive and adaptive mindsetHave a demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals in a team environmentHave a strong ability to think creativelyHave strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skillsAre proficient in the business language (English)Must be able to flex at least 4 working hours to overlap with North American time zones;
