We specialize in producing various compounds such as PPI, Anti-Diabetics, Cholesterol-lowering drugs, Antihypertensive, Antidepressants, Antiviral, and Anti-Psychotic drugs. Additionally, we excel in custom API contract manufacturing.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Chemist. The Production Chemist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with pharmaceutical production, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. The role is located at our facility in Bavla.
- Process Control as per Batch Production Record,
- Coordination with QC
- Production planning
- Manpower handling
- Maintain records: BMR, Yields, quality, Chemical stock & consumption RM consumptions, recovery and cycle time of each running product. Production-related documentation.
- Reporting to the Production manager for Daily production activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Production and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field
