Job Purpose-

Provide Paralegal Support to our clients including global and regional banks and advisory firms, private equity firms, asset managers, corporate and consultants, to help them achieve their contractual, legal, and other regulatory requirements. Our services aim to assist client under five broad areas Contract Lifecycle Management, e-Discovery and Litigation Support, Transaction Execution Support, Legal Document Formatting Services and Legal Research.

Responsibilities:

We are on the lookout for dynamic, results-driven professional to join our expanding team. This pivotal role is aimed at propelling our growth by promoting our paralegal services to clients in the financial service sector. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the domain, its requirements and excel in building robust relationships with professionals and firms

Identify and target potential clients within the industryPrepare and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goalsConduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and keep abreast of industry trendsEstablish and nurture strong client relationships through superior service and communicationDemonstrable sales experience, with a preference for backgrounds in legal or LPO sectors with focus on service to financial services’ clientsDeliver presentations to prospective clients showcasing our service capabilitiesUnderstanding of various platforms and experience on engaging in platform partnershipsHandling client negotiations end to end to ensure timely execution and completionWork closely with the marketing team to create relevant marketing collaterals and run campaignsMentor teams and build processes to deliver the top-quality support service to the clients

Key competencies:

Exceptional communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote or flexible environmentAbility to effectively handle / manage stakeholders both internal and external, be solution oriented and come up with the ideas to accelerate the growth of Paralegal servicesGood knowledge and understanding of relevant tools and technology providers relevant in the LPO sector and devise strategy to engage with them and explore partnership options

Required EducationA degree in law will be preferredAny other certifications in finance, business or marketing are an added advantage
