Position Overview :

The Salesforce Epicor CPQ Specialist will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Epicor CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solution within Salesforce. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their needs, designing CPQ solutions that enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring the integration of CPQ processes with our Salesforce CRM system.

Key Responsibilities :

CPQ Implementation & Configuration :

- Lead the deployment and configuration of the Epicor CPQ solution within Salesforce.

- Customize CPQ features to meet business requirements, including pricing rules, product configurations, and quote templates.

Integration & Optimization :

- Integrate Epicor CPQ with other Salesforce modules and external systems.

- Optimize CPQ processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in quoting, pricing, and configuration.

Support & Troubleshooting :

- Provide ongoing support for the CPQ system, addressing any issues or bugs that arise.

- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related problems in collaboration with IT and other departments.

Documentation & Training :

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for CPQ configurations, processes, and user guides.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide support as needed.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with sales, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure that the CPQ solution meets business needs.

- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and project success.

Qualifications :

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ, Epicor CPQ, or other CPQ solutions.

- Experience with Salesforce CRM configuration and administration is highly desirable.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of CPQ processes, including product configuration, pricing, and quoting.

- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.

- Familiarity with integration tools and technologies such as APIs, middleware, and data mapping.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
