Regional Manager – Institutional Sales

Purpose of the Job: In line with the broader organizational objective the Regional Manager has to build a strong asset book in assigned market and groom the team for new acquisitions.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing Top Institutional Clients in assigned Market and strengthening the relationship with the CFO's and Treasury Heads of Corporates.
- Building strong institutional book by offering product suite in line with the investment objective of these corporates.
- Endeavor to garner Assets upwards of 20% of the assets in the market.
- Groom and hand hold a team of RM's to deepen the existing relationship and new client acquisition from the market.
- Organize events for these institutional investors on regular basis to build on higher mind share and market share from these corporate.
Role Specific Competencies:
- Exposure to M.F industry will be added advantage.
- Product knowledge.
- Market knowledge / extensively networked.
- Key account management skills.
- Should have an eye for detail.
- Should be ready to expand job portfolio horizontally.
Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp:
- MBA with minimum 15 years of work experience.
- NISM certification compulsory.
