Join our COE Finance Team and be part of a mission to transform the organization financially, operationally, and culturally — empowering smarter business decisions and efficiency at scale.Key Responsibilities:Develop monthly/quarterly management reports highlighting performance, trends, and KPIs.Drive ad-hoc analytical projects to support decision-making.Prepare annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts.Perform variance analysis and KPI tracking with business stakeholders.Build and automate dashboards to visualize business performance.Ensure timely, accurate, and automated management reporting.Partner with global FP&A teams for data-driven business insights.Lead process/system improvement and scaling initiatives.Core Technical Skills Required:Data Visualization & Reporting: Power BI, Power BI Service, Advanced Excel, Google SheetsExcel Functions: SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, FILTER, UNIQUE, Pivot TablesModern Excel Functions: VSTACK, HSTACK, DGET, WRAPROWS, GROUPBY, Data Validations, Conditional FormattingPower Platform: Power Apps (Data Entry & Approvals), Power Automate (Workflows & Alerts)Data Modelling: Power Pivot, DAX, Star Schema, CardinalitiesDatabase: SQL Server (DDL, DML, Joins), Basic VBA MacrosSecurity: Row-Level Security (RLS), Access Control, Auto Data RefreshPreferred Skills & Qualifications:6–7 years of experience in Reporting, FP&A, or Data Analytics (Data Engineering exposure preferred).Proficiency in Power Query, Power Pivot, and workflow automationStrong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.Experience with Hyperion, Essbase, or SAP is a plus.Salary : ₹15,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per annumAdvanced knowledge of Power Query, SQL, and Dashboard Development .Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Business Insight, and automation tools .Knowledge of Hyperion, Essbase, and SAP is a plus.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines.
