Role Name: Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Key Responsibilities:
· Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship
· The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO
· The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects
· The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an environment that is vision, mission & results driven
· The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities
· The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion
Qualifications
· Assist CEO to track and provide business, analytical & variance reports on the development of strategic initiatives, financial performance, and the market
· Coordinate with sub regional /head offices and industry bodies for reporting activities and general administrative affairs
· Carry out specific management projects falling outside the scope of Operations
· Develop and communicate strategic roadmap, corporate strategies and business strategies
· Consolidate and produce business plans, budgets and review together with other business heads
· Produce regular and ad-hoc research papers / reports on business development and market landscape
· Assess, track, and communicate on critical development projects
· Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
· Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
· Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
· Complete all reporting activities accurately and on time
· Handle board meetings & MOM s.
· Coordination of strategic key accounts with top key accounts managers
