The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibility  Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement. Design and deliver training programs tailored to meet the organization's needs. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote continuous learning and development. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning objectives with business goals. Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback. Job Requirements  Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations. Experience with learning management systems and other educational technology tools. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
