Role Description:


This is a full-time, on-site role.

As our Inventory Stock Manager, you'll be the linchpin of our operations, responsible for maintaining records of our existing stock and ensuring seamless transitions between inventory levels. Here's what you'll be doing:


Stock Tracking and Record-Keeping: Keep a close eye on our inventory levels, meticulously recording every item that comes in and goes out.


Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and proactively identify when new stock is needed. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that we never run out of essential materials.


Material Issuance: Work closely with our production team to issue materials for outfit production. By understanding the consumption needs of each outfit, you'll ensure that the right materials are always available when needed.


Detailed Record-Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of both inventory and the materials required for each outfit. This includes tracking quantities, specifications, and any variations needed for different designs.


Procurement: Source materials from different markets and suppliers to meet our production needs. You'll be responsible for establishing relationships with reliable suppliers and negotiating favorable terms for procurement.


In addition to these key responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to streamline our inventory management processes, optimize stock levels, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.



Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field


Proven experience in inventory management within the retail or apparel industry.


Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
