Customer Success Manager

Role Overview:
This is a full-time remote role that sits at the intersection of Account Management and Program Management. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in orchestrating and overseeing B2B marketing programs, ensuring seamless execution, client satisfaction, and successful delivery of digital marketing solutions. You will collaborate & work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
A Customer Success Manager’s responsibilities include supporting clients across the project execution lifecycle while building close relationships that often last beyond any one project or job-order lasting process ownership with the business itself.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and refine program strategies aligned with business goals.
- Process milestones for the clients and employees to work.
- Promote value through customer experience.
- Provide regular updates to clients on program progress, key milestones, and performance metrics.
- Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive client-agency relationship.
- Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring that marketing materials align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Generate comprehensive reports on program performance, analysing key metrics and providing insights.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed recommendations for future program enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing OR in Engineering with a penchant for marketing
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B Marketing or Program Management
- Proven track record of delivering successful programs to clients
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
