Responsibilities :


- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules based on customer requirements.


- Work on UI customization, form and workflow development, and automation processes.


- Implement ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and other ServiceNow modules.


- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems through APIs and third-party tools.


- Ensure quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the ServiceNow development lifecycle.


- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.


- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.


- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ServiceNow :


- Candidates must possess at least one valid ServiceNow certification.


- This is a non-negotiable requirement and is essential for the role.


Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following faculties :


- Computer Science.


- Information Technology.


- Programming and Systems Analysis.


- Science (Computer Studies).


- Candidates must have development, scripting, and integration experience, particularly with ServiceNow.


- Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and in teams, and effective communication skills.
