Role Overview:

As Manager - Customer Support , you’ll lead our support team, ensuring every user interaction is smooth, helpful, and reflects FRND’s commitment to the community. This role is essential in setting a high standard for user experience, handling escalations, and implementing efficient support processes. You’ll be the champion for user satisfaction, feedback, and continuous improvements to make FRND the best social space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead & Inspire

– Build and mentor a talented support team that consistently goes above and beyond.- Optimize & Innovate ️ – Streamline workflows, resolve issues quickly, and improve response times with proactive solutions.- Champion User Needs ❤️ – Gather feedback, engage with users, and collaborate with Product to keep improving our app.- Analyze & Report

– Track key metrics, spot trends, and share insights to keep our support aligned with FRND’s goals.

What You’ll Need:

- Experience: 2+ years of experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup.- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and inspire a team.- Communication: Excellent in English; regional language skills are a plus- Empathy: A user-focused mindset to solve problems with care.- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with support tools, CRMs, and data analysis.

The FRND team operates six days a week, with the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month as working days.
