Key Responsibilities:
Guest Arrival and Departure:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm welcome and assist with luggage handling.
- Escort guests to their rooms providing information about hotel facilities and services.
- Bid farewell to departing guests assisting with luggage and transportation arrangements.
Luggage Handling and Storage:
- Safely transport guest luggage to and from rooms ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Maintain accurate records of stored luggage and ensure security protocols are followed.
Concierge Services:
- Provide information and recommendations about local attractions restaurants and transportation options.
- Arrange transportation services such as taxis airport transfers and car rentals for guests.
Safety and Security:
- Monitor and ensure the security of guest belongings during transportation and storage.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with Front Office Housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options is an advantage.
