Job Title: Odoo Developer (3–5 Years Experience) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer who can independently handle frontend and backend development , troubleshoot and fix system issues, and provide user training. The ideal candidate should have strong development experience in Odoo and must be eager to learn and support functional requirements as well. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (frontend and backend). Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, errors, and performance issues . Integrate third-party applications and configure Odoo to meet business needs. Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and transform them into technical solutions. Provide user training , functional support, and prepare training materials when required. Participate in upgrading Odoo versions and migrating data/modules. Develop reports, dashboards, workflows, and automated actions based on business specifications. Ensure quality code, proper documentation, and version control. Collaborate with functional consultants and show willingness to learn and support functional aspects of Odoo. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development. Strong knowledge of Python , XML , JavaScript , and PostgreSQL. Experience in customizing Odoo modules for various Odoo versions. Good understanding of Odoo MVC architecture. Ability to handle both frontend (UI) and backend (server-side) development. Strong problem-solving ability with experience fixing bugs and improving system performance. Good communication skills and ability to train end users. Eagerness to learn functional processes and work alongside functional consultants. Experience with Git or other version control systems is preferred.
