About Artha Nova Artha Nova is an institutional-grade platform that tokenises real-world credit assets to deliver transparent, programmable liquidity for lenders and investors. Our architecture is blockchain-agnostic with a strong focus on XRPL and interoperability, and our regulatory strategy prioritises the MAS Fin Tech Regulatory Sandbox Plus in Singapore. We operate a hybrid build model: we rent non-strategic rails to move fast and build patent-capable differentiators. Growth and Ownership: Based on the quality of initial delivery, each role includes a pathway for rapid career progression and participation in our Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP). Location: Remote-first (UK/EU/SG time zones preferred) About the Role Design, implement, and operate production-grade smart-contract and tokenisation components, and integrate them with secure cloud services and external data sources. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on XRPL (Ripple), Cardano, or Ethereum. • Architect and maintain secure cloud infrastructure for blockchain applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform; contribute to robust CI/CD pipelines. • Apply security best practice for nodes, keys, wallets, and secrets management. • Build and integrate APIs and webhooks to connect on-chain events with off-chain systems. • Design data models and use SQL/No SQL stores for off-chain state and analytics. • Conduct code reviews; enforce branching and release discipline with Git. • Collaborate with Dev Ops and Security to meet reliability, performance, and compliance objectives. • Track emerging protocols, frameworks, and standards relevant to tokenisation and market infrastructure. Requirements • 5+ years of software engineering, including 3+ years in blockchain development. • Strong knowledge of Ethereum/Solidity and at least one of XRPL or Cardano. • Proven experience deploying blockchain solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Proficiency with Terraform and Git; solid CI/CD experience. • Hands-on integration of APIs, webhooks, and external data feeds. • Sound understanding of security principles, cloud IAM, and key management. • Competence with SQL (Postgre SQL/My SQL) and No SQL (Mongo DB/Dynamo DB). • Clear written and verbal communication, with strong documentation practice. Preferred • Containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). • Experience in De Fi, token standards, or Layer-2 solutions. • Observability, monitoring, and logging at scale.
