About the CompanyBCForward is seeking a Gen AI Support Specialist to contribute to the Security Engineering, Automation & Operations function for Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.About the RoleThis role provides continuous 24x7 monitoring, triage, and resolution of incidents related to our Generative AI systems and services. Reporting into the B40 Generative AI Security Engineering & Operations, this role involves proactive incident review, managing operational risk, quick response to AI-related operational issues, and coordination with engineering and product teams to ensure system reliability, accuracy, and compliance.ResponsibilitiesPerform 24x7 operational readiness for Gen AI security platforms, with defined SLAs and consequence management workflows.Partner with Security Operations Center to triage, contain, and remediate incidents.Ensure observability, logging, and monitoring provide full operational transparency.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically adept, and comfortable working in a high-availability environment supporting critical AI operations.Monitor Gen AI platform dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics around the clock.Detect and assess incidents, classify severity, and initiate response protocols.Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues as required.Maintain accurate and timely incident logs.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling sensitive or customer-facing AI outputs.Proven experience in a support or operations role, preferably within the AI or tech industry.Strong understanding of Gen AI products and security operations.Strong Security foundational knowledge (ideally in the following categories: Saa S, Network Security, Data Security, Risk).QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or related field (or equivalent experience).Required Skills8-10 years in Information Security.Threat Modeling and incident management.Understanding how to find issues (This person will be looking for proactive issues).1-2 years Gen AI.Certifications - CISSP, CISM, SANS.Preferred SkillsExposure to Generative AI tools (e.g., Open AI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Azure AI, Vertex AI).Cyber Security Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SANS.GENAI, AI ML certifications.Pay range and compensation package18 LPA-20 LPALocation- Bangalore- Karnataka, India Schedule Friday-Tuesday- Three days a week in office. 8-5 PM IST Interview Time- 7:30 AM-9:00 AM MST- Between now and next Thursday.Equal Opportunity StatementBCForward is committed to diversity and inclusivity.
