Role

Skilled IT DevOps Lead having expertise in Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud (PaaS & IaaS), containerization technologies such as Docker and Helm, infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, and automation tools like Ansible. Additionally, proficiency in version control systems like GIT and Team Foundation, along with strong scripting capabilities in PowerShell and SQL Server, are essential for this role

Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • CI/CD and Pipeline Management: Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Azure DevOps pipelines to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage Azure Cloud resources utilizing Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, ADO Pipelines, and Azure Cloud (Azure PaaS & IaaS).
  • Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker.
  • Manage containerized applications with Helm and HelmCharts.
  • Strong knowledge of Docker, Helm, HelmChart, and container orchestration.
  • Utilize Ansible and Ansible Tower for configuration management and automation tasks.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement infrastructure as code practices using Terraform to automate provisioning and management of resources.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Version Control: Maintain and administer version control systems such as GIT and Team Foundation.
  • Scripting and Automation: Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system administration tasks.
  • Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell.
  • Proficiency in Linux, Shell scripting, and Bash.
  • Database Administration: Perform database administration tasks on SQL Server databases.
  • Experience with SQL Server administration and management.
  • Additional Skills (Nice-to-have): Knowledge of VMware ESXi, vCenter, and virtualization technologies.
  • Proficiency in Linux, Shell scripting, and Bash.
  • Familiarity with AWS services and Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS).
  • Experience with Visual Studio for development and debugging purposes

Qualification, Knowledge & Experience

  • Educational Qualification :Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience :5 – 8 years of experience
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing containerized environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
  • Familiarity with best practices in DevOps methodologies.
  • Communication Skills :Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
