Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Founder
Location: India (Remote or Office-based as required)
Employment Type: Full-time, Urgent Start
Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday)
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Founder in all aspects of business and personal life. This role is critical to ensure seamless operations, with responsibilities ranging from administrative tasks to handling confidential matters. The ideal candidate will be a reliable multitasker, capable of managing diverse responsibilities and ensuring the Founder’s time is optimized effectively.
Note: Founder staff can be allocated any work that can be done online, including personal work of the Director.
Administrative Support:- Manage the Founder’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for meetings and events.
- Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, messages) and ensure timely responses.
- Assist with documentation, report preparation, and presentations.
- Research and gather data for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal and professional matters.
- Assist with event planning, both personal and professional.
- Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring the Founder’s time and energy are focused on high-priority tasks.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both digital and physical documents.
- Support with ad-hoc tasks and urgent requests as they arise.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Initial 3-month probationary period.
