We specialise in web and mobile application development, cloud solutions, AI tools across industries.We are a team of passionate engineers, designers, and product thinkers focused on building technology that solves real customer problems and drives business growth.Our Vision: To empower businesses globally with intelligent, scalable, and human-centric technology solutions.What We Value: Ownership, Innovation, Accountability, Customer-first mindset, and Team Collaboration.✨ Why Join Us?You’ll work with modern tech stacks, ownership of features, client-facing responsibilities, leadership tracks, and international project exposure.About the RoleWe are hiring a React Native Team Lead who will own and drive mobile engineering delivery across multiple client projects.Key Responsibilities✅ Lead a team of React Native developers✅ Communicate directly with clients to understand business requirements, clarify scope & provide technical consultation✅ Plan sprints, allocate tasks, and manage project timelines.✅ Architect scalable and high-performance mobile applications with clean and maintainable code✅ Review technical solutions and architecture designs before implementation✅ Conduct regular code reviews and enforce engineering best practices✅ Mentor mobile engineers through pair programming, knowledge sharing, and technical upskilling✅ Integrate third-party services, SDKs, analytics tools, and APIs✅ Manage app releases for App Store and Google Play Store✅ Improve team productivity by introducing mobile development best practices and process improvements✅ Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and technical excellence within the teamWhat Should You Have?✅ 3–8 years of mobile app development experience (Minimum 3 years React Native)✅ Strong understanding of Java Script/Type Script✅ Experience with Redux Toolkit, Redux, Context API, Zustand or Mob X✅ Native Modules knowledge is a plus✅ Experience integrating REST APIs, Graph QL, Firebase, One Signal,
