Your key deliverables will be:

  • Functional & Technical support for our Dealer Management System / CRM / BI.
  • Co-ordinate with PVPL Employees, Dealers / ASC / Distributors / Exporters, Technical Support Team.
  • Requirement gathering & implementation of applications and services according to functional / business requirements, technical architecture, and technical design documentation.
  • Testing of application as per Business requirement.
  • Guide digital initiatives and introduce new capabilities for the purpose of meeting emerging business needs and market trends.
  • Ensuring proper working and maintenance of the Dealer management System / CRM and other allied applications.
  • Providing training on the Dealer Management System / CRM to Application users.
  • Conducting market research to follow trends / competition and plan accordingly.
  • Ensure high level of functional and technical support and uptime of applications.
  • Capture the data and maintain adequate security and confidentiality.
  • Facilitate in the integration and alignment of the platform to the organization’s central system.


Essential Qualification:

  • BE / BTech / BCA / MCA.


Work Experience:

  • 3+ years.


Preferred Technical Skills and Certification:

  • Knowledge of Dealer Management System / CRM Application.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Technologies.
  • Knowledge of RDBMS database (e.g. MS SQL).
