Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Flutter Developer to join our team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing and building mobile applications for iOS and Android using the Flutter framework. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to create high-quality, user-friendly apps.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain mobile applications using the Flutter framework for both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design and product teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional mobile applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in mobile development.
  • Integrate APIs and backend services to support app functionality and ensure seamless user experience.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and user experience improvements.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
  • Implement app features such as push notifications, in-app purchases, or geolocation, depending on the project requirements.
  • Test and deploy applications in a timely manner, and ensure app compatibility across multiple devices and screen sizes.
  • Keep up-to-date with new Flutter and mobile development trends and technologies to ensure the team is utilizing the most efficient methods.


Required Skills and Qualification:

  • Proven experience as a Flutter Developer or similar role in mobile application development.
  • Strong knowledge of the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
  • Experience with iOS and Android development, including publishing applications to the App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to implement custom designs.
  • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
  • Familiarity with modern mobile development practices, such as state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.
  • Experience with native Android or iOS development (Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift).
  • Experience with Firebase or other mobile development tools.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes for mobile applications.
  • Experience with unit and UI testing frameworks such as Flutter's built-in testing framework.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
