Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Senior Manager – L&D (Sales Enablement) to lead end-to-end sales training, onboarding, and capability-building for our Sales, Marketing, Demand Gen, and Solutioning teams. This role will shape our sales readiness strategy and partner closely with cross-functional leaders to drive revenue impact and reduce ramp time.Key Responsibilities- Build and deliver onboarding, sales bootcamps, and capability programs.- Create sales playbooks, pitch decks, and enablement content.- Identify skill gaps and design targeted learning interventions.- Run ongoing workshops, refreshers, and coaching sessions.- Measure training effectiveness through metrics and feedback.- Stay updated on sales trends, buyer behavior, and modern methodologies.Experience & Skills- 12–15 years in Sales and 2–3 years in Sales Training/Enablement.- Strong B2B sales and consultative selling knowledge.- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.- Proven ability to design and deliver high-impact sales pitches.- High ownership, influence, and stakeholder management.
