We deliver high-quality, hands-on training experiences to individuals and businesses, helping them achieve cloud certification and success in their cloud transformation journeys. We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Training Coordinator and Operations responsibilities to join our team.
As a Operations Executive & Training Coordinator, you will manage the scheduling and organization of our training programs while also assisting with HR and operations-related tasks. You will collaborate with customers to schedule training sessions, assist trainers with pre- and post-class activities, and support HR functions like recruitment and onboarding. Additionally, you will handle various operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
**Key Responsibilities (Operations Executive):**
- Oversee the operational logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, equipment setup, and material preparation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all operational needs are met.
- Monitor inventory of training materials and office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Assist in streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the development of operational reports, tracking metrics related to training delivery, customer satisfaction, and resource utilization.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities (Training Coordination):**
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions with customers, ensuring timely communication of session details.
- Work with trainers to manage pre-class activities, including preparing course materials and setting up virtual or physical training environments.
- Assist trainers with post-class activities, such as gathering feedback, issuing certificates, and reporting on class outcomes.
- Maintain training calendars, records, and databases to track scheduled and completed sessions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support to ensure a seamless training experience.
**Requirements:**
- 3-5 years of experience in training coordination, with additional responsibilities in operations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using scheduling, HR, and operational tools (such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other relevant software).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Customer- and employee-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in the cloud or technology industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), HR software, and operations management tools is advantageous.
