The Role This role exists to provide expert administrative support to team members, and excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, whilst meeting and exceeding agreed Service Level Standards.  Your role will include providing expertise and services within required timeframes and with a high degree of accuracy, managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence within timeframes as well as participating in the working rhythm of the team, including attending team meetings, distributing information, tracking own progress and sharing own results.  About you Customer-service orientation (desirable) Experience: 1+ years insurance experience including knowledge of legislation and regulations affecting the life industry (desirable) Experience in working in a highly collaborative environment (desirable) Strong attention to detail and communication skills both written and verbal Bringing our best to life - why join us?
