- Develop hiring metrics to improve and build the recruitment strategy and prepare reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Develop a pipeline of qualified applicants that can be immediately deployed basis on recruitment needs.
- Evaluate candidates for cultural fit, skill set, availability, interest level, and compensation
- Provide recruiting status updates to Hiring Managers and Business Unit Heads on sourcing plans/recruiting challenges/issues…etc
- Prior experience in Volume Hiring & BPO Hiring.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting to Management
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/Social Networking Sites/ colleges etc
