Role : Salesforce Data Integration Developer

Experience : 9-12 Years

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Data Integration Developer to lead the design and implementation of a robust data integration solution between our SAP and Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce data modeling, managed packages, and SAP data models.

Responsibilities :

- Data Analysis and Mapping : Analyze complex data structures, identify data sources, and create detailed data mapping specifications to align with business requirements.

- Integration Development : Develop and maintain robust data integration solutions using Salesforce's native tools (e.g., ETL, APIs, Apex, Visualforce) and third-party integration platforms.

- Managed Package Development : Design, develop, and deploy managed packages to encapsulate data integration components and streamline deployment processes.

- SAP Data Model Integration : Integrate Salesforce data with SAP data models, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across systems.

- Data Quality Management : Implement data quality best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness throughout the integration process.

- Performance Optimization : Optimize data integration processes for performance and scalability to meet growing business demands.

- Documentation and Support : Create comprehensive documentation for data integration processes and provide ongoing support to end-users.

- Team Leadership : Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

- Project Management : Contribute to project planning, estimation, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of data integration solutions.

Qualifications :

- Must have Salesforce.com Certification (SF.com Certified)

- 9-12 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on data integration.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Salesforce managed packages, and APIs.

- Proficiency in Salesforce data integration tools and methodologies.

- Experience with Salesforce data migration and synchronization processes.

- Knowledge of SAP data models and integration techniques.

- Knowledge of Salesforce/SAP CRM is preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is preferred.
